Myofascial Massage (cupping) - A common treatment used by athletes as it produces the best results with treating muscle adhesions/tension. The two most common ways cupping is applied is either through gliding the cups along the skin or leaving them on the skin for a period of time. The cups may leave marks that look like bruises, but they normally do not induce any pain and they fade away within a few days. The marks left by the cups are an indication of drawn-out toxins and stagnant blood from the muscle fibres. This treatment is best suitable for athletes and clients with muscle stiffness such as lower pack pain, neck stiffness, hamstring tightness, etc.
